Should you do your next event inside or outside?

No matter what time of year it is, sometimes the weather can become undependable. It’s 70 degrees one day, the next may be 40. Not a good time to have an outdoor event, especially if it is going to be wet.

We find it is a safe idea to plan your event with an alternative location in mind if the weather goes bad. We are happy work with you to plan the most effective attractions for your available space.

If need be, we can restructure your contract with indoor attractions to make your event just as fun as originally planned. This must take into account the availability of the attractions, however.

Many of our inflatables will work inside a gym or large conference room and some of them can be altered to fit the space by moving pieces to accommodate the space, like Mini Golf, Laser Tag, Blaster Ball and Archery Tag.

We have hundreds of smaller attractions that will also help fill the space and maintain the activity level you are looking for.

If the event is going inside after promoting the event as an outdoor event, it is very helpful to have a Fly Guy or two blowing around to alert the guests of the change outside the new venue. Sort of a “we are here” signal.

Signs posted around the area to indicate the change of venue are helpful also. And don’t forget email, Facebook and Twitter to get the change notice to everyone. You don’t want guests wandering around and then giving up because they couldn’t find your indoor location. We want your event to be fun, and well attended.

If you are happy, we are happy, so we will do everything we can to make your event a success, rain or shine.
