Last night’s event was a huge success! I had several rough experiences in the fall with another company that was contracted out prior to my arrival. Terrance and his crew were professional and super easy to work with. Look for us to use you guys more in the future. I look forward to building a great relationship with Record-A-Hit-Entertainment!
Because we hosted a virtual orientation and will be remaining primarily virtual for the fall semester we hosted iQuest University Virtual Tour as part of our orientation. We had a great turnout and the students that participated enjoyed both the small group interaction and getting to know the campus. This was definitely a great way to kick-off our fall and helped to ease the minds of the students nervous about their first semester. The Record-A-Hit crew was easy to work with and answered all of my questions during the planning process. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing to host a virtual campus tour.

Hey there, we had a great time with the virtual event (Virtual Caricatures). I would recommend it to anyone. The artist was very accommodating, entertaining and clearly talented. All participants gave “2 Thumbs Up”.
RAH is always so flexible and accommodating with our unique needs. In fact, they had sand art scheduled for 11/11/19 to start at 11am; however, on the day of the event, our school ended up having a late start (noon) because of snow. I was able to call them at 7am that day and warn them. They were kind enough to accommodate us and delay their start time with no hassle or extra charge.
I just want to thank you and the whole team for your consistently extraordinary customer service. From the smoothness and promptness of Rob, Dipesh & Kim answering questions & providing quotes/contracts/invoices to your set-up team being timely, outgoing and helpful, and Katie with well-timed post-event follow-ups, we are so grateful to each of you. You make working with RAH a wonderful & pleasant experience, each and every time. Please pass along our thanks to your set-up crew as well, especially Pascual, who is always very professional, friendly and attentive. This truly helps make our events run successfully and smoothly. As always the event was super. The best part is, no matter who you send to me, YOUR PEOPLE ARE EXTRAORDINARY! It is so nice that with all the moving parts we have in any event, I know that when your people get there, they know what to do, how to be polite to the client and treat everybody like they ARE the ONLY client! So very very nice. Please please thank them ALL again and I thank you for training them!
On behalf of myself and my agency, I wanted to send a big THANK YOU for the event last night! I really appreciate you pulling everything together so last minute, Bob/ team were great onsite and were able to set up quickly in the short time frame allotted. The night went very well and the client seemed pleased.

Rob, our lock in was a hit as always. Thanks for all of your help. The crew was great. Edgar was as dependable as usual. He took charge of the activities in the gym and made sure everyone was safe and had fun. Because of your crew and yourself, we will continue to do business together.
The Laser Tag event was a HUGE success. We had close to 300 students play throughout the night and even had to turn down 100 students because we didn’t have time or room to fit them in. As far as your worker, Mariusz, he was awesome to work with. He made an amazing set-up, and kept the event running smoothly throughout the night. hank you so much for helping put on one of the most successful events of the year. We will surely be looking to do it again someday!

Thank you for sending out Eduardo and his team, they were fantastic and exceeded any and all of my expectations. They were very easy to work with and made my job 10x’s less stressful, which is always a plus considering this was a huge event. He made sure everything was just right and exactly the way I had imaged it and then some. I am extremely happy with the results and the feedback I got from everyone was incredible.
It went very well. Mariusz and the crew did a nice job…as usual. We are estimating close to 1000 people in attendance. I think the attractions selected, especially the Foam Party and the Eurobungy were big hits.
I just wanted to let you know that we really appreciated Alfredo’s professionalism and flexibility with the equipment for the orientation event. He was a hard worker and was very friendly.

On behalf of our park district, I would like to thank you for another successful year. The inflatables and EuroByngy were a huge hit. I can always count on your company to provide top-of-the-line service and the best quality attractions. I would also like to thank Mariusz and his crew for being punctual, attentive and enthusiastic. Our patrons were kept safe because of their diligence, and for that we are truly grateful.
The guys you had come out were great. The inflatable personnel were very attentive and helpful, and your airbrush tattoo artists were phenomenal.

Our event went great! Dipesh was able to come through for us and make some last minute adjustments due to the rain that allowed our event to proceed indoors without a lack of activities. Rob, Dipesh, and the on-site team were great to work with and made everything easier on our end!
I just wanted to say thank you for an amazing Roller skating event this past weekend. Pascual and his team did such a great job setting up/taking down and were so wonderful to work with. They really made this so easy for me and I really appreciated all their hard work.

It was my first time booking for one of our FSL events, and we know that so many other UIC offices book with Record-A-Hit, such as the Center for Student Involvement (CSI) and many other good colleagues, and I wanted to also join in on the fun, so I was happy I made the photo booth booking.
Kacper, who came to staff the event was wonderful! He arrived early, called and connected with me, setup the station super early as well, and was a great asset to the event, serving as a great component of our event, so attendees could take their 360-photos during our awards. We appreciate it – all the best!
We have worked with RAH for many years and they never fail to do a great job! We had contracted certain inflatables months before, but week of, knew that the weather might change our plans. Record-A-Hit was at the ready morning of to switch out the inflatables to fit our needs before loading their truck. I was very grateful for their flexibility and kindness as the original plan changed!
