What are Custom Photo Dry Erase Boards?

• A handy metal board that you can hang on a door, a refrigerator, a wall, to relay handwritten messages to everyone. Notes can easily be wiped off with a dry (or wet) cloth
• You will choose two backgrounds to be used at the event which your participants can choose from
• They are individualized (we take a picture of your guests and place in corner or to the side of the note pad. These unique gifts are custom made at your event for your guests to take home, to use at school on their locker or door, or take to the office to put in their cubicle
• They are a Green Gift. Using Dry erase boards save paper from copying, faxing and writing

We have prepared unique and generic backgrounds for you to select a final 2 to use at the event. Boards are 12″ long by 8″ wide and come with a dry erase pen and extra strength double stick tape to hang where you want (they also have a hole at the top and bottom if you want to use a nail or two. Custom Backgrounds themes can be provided at additional cost.

1. You can choose or develop two different backgrounds prior to event.
2. At event, your guest will get their photo taken with a green screen background.
3. Your guest can choose their favorite background from the selection you provided.
4. We insert photo into the image, print it out, and sublimate it to the 8″ x 12″ dry erase board.
5. All in all, it takes about 3 minutes each. We can do an average of 50 an hour in a steady workflow, and usually work in 4 hours slots.

All they have to do is stick it on their door or wall. Now they have a customized NON-DIGITAL way to communicate with friends, dorm mates or their family.

We also have a Drop/Ship or Drop Shipping option available where we work with you in advance on your design, print and make everything in house, then package up and ship the Photo Dry Erase Boards directly to you. With this option, you will be responsible for setting up or handing out the items. Shipping/delivery is an additional charge. No Record-A-Hit attendant is included.

Record-A-Hit staff is dedicated and friendly. They ensure that all safety requirements are followed. We are fully insured and are state inspected.
