I can’t recommend Record-A-Hit more… they completely exceeded my expectations!! Not only was the dance floor I rented amazing, but Trent Snyder and the day of contact, Ethan, were phenomenal. Top notch customer experience and customer service! If you are looking for a night your guests won’t forget, contact them!!

We had a very successful event in early December in St. Louis and very grateful for the gentleman who help with the event. The communication was on point and their effort overall was beyond expectations. I will be booking them for all future outdoor events! Thanks so much Record-A-Hit! Entertainment!

RAH Did an amazing job. Trent communicated really well an accommodated last minute changes to our event. Their team was accurate and efficiently and our guests reported that they had a great time. I will definitely consider using them the next time we are in the area.

I hired Record-A-Hit for a city event after a search on google. I usually don’t hire companies that way but more by personal recommendations. I am happy I did not pass this gem up. Record-A-Hit was very professional and responsive to my inquiries. We ordered 2 bounce houses with slides for a Halloween fest. They arrived early, and 2 attendants stayed the entire time to monitor the bounce houses and help the children going in. I would highly recommend them!

I recently used RAH after a recommendation from another vendor. My organization was in search of a new inflatables vendor, and immediately after the event, I emailed my coworkers to use them in the future! They were timely, easy to work with, budget friendly, and their staff were incredibly kind.

Wanted to reach out and say thank you to you and to the crew that came to work on our event.  It was really a great time and all of our students had a blast that evening!

Everything went great and the kids definitely enjoyed all of the attractions! I’m excited to note my own record for the mechanical bull was 23 seconds  Thanks for such a great time and great staff; everyone was lovely!

My organization has used Record-A-Hit Entertainment several times and we have been continually impressed by their customer service, their offerings, and their professionalism. All of the attractions we have rented have come with attendants who do a great job of managing both the rides and the lines and we look forward to having them back for future events.

As a Park District with lots of programs and events taking place throughout a given season, finding a reliable company that we can count on is really important when choosing vendors. Record A Hit continues to be a preferred vendor of ours for all things inflatable and big attractions/games — they continuously show up on time, provide clean and working equipment, and do an incredible job. Katie is one of the Managers I often work with during the booking process, and her communication is top tier!

They did an amazing job serving our staff picnic! The inflatables were a hit, fun kids bounce house and human foosball. Setup and takedown was prompt and attendants were great. The caricature artist Angel C. did an amazing job and the airbrush tattoo was a favorite as well! Thank you so much for making our event memorable and fun for everyone!

Fun company that rents fun equipment and our go-to for bounce houses and other amusements! Katie was super friendly and professional in Sales and Elijah was super efficient and timely in setting up, operating and breaking down the Dunk Tank!

The staff at RAH were outstanding. They went above and beyond to ensure the patients at Advocate Children’s Hospital had an incredible carnival day. The patients had ear to ear smiles the whole day.

We have worked with RAH for many years and they never fail to do a great job! We had contracted certain inflatables months before, but week of, knew that the weather might change our plans. Record-A-Hit was at the ready morning of to switch out the inflatables to fit our needs before loading their truck. I was very grateful for their flexibility and kindness as the original plan changed!

And the event was great, plus your 360-degree photo booth was fantastic – the students loved it!

It was my first time booking for one of our FSL events, and we know that so many other UIC offices book with Record-A-Hit, such as the Center for Student Involvement (CSI) and many other good colleagues, and I wanted to also join in on the fun, so I was happy I made the photo booth booking.

Kacper, who came to staff the event was wonderful! He arrived early, called and connected with me, setup the station super early as well, and was a great asset to the event, serving as a great component of our event, so attendees could take their 360-photos during our awards. We appreciate it – all the best!

The event was great and everyone loved the Bumper Cars and inflatables.

I just wanted to say thank you for an amazing Roller skating event this past weekend. Pascual and his team did such a great job setting up/taking down and were so wonderful to work with. They really made this so easy for me and I really appreciated all their hard work.

Our event went great! Dipesh was able to come through for us and make some last minute adjustments due to the rain that allowed our event to proceed indoors without a lack of activities. Rob, Dipesh, and the on-site team were great to work with and made everything easier on our end!

Hey there, we had a great time with the virtual event (Virtual Caricatures). I would recommend it to anyone. The artist was very accommodating, entertaining and clearly talented. All participants gave “2 Thumbs Up”.

I’m so appreciative that the RAH team is so quick and easy to work with. Especially Dipesh who is my go to!

Because we hosted a virtual orientation and will be remaining primarily virtual for the fall semester we hosted iQuest University Virtual Tour as part of our orientation. We had a great turnout and the students that participated enjoyed both the small group interaction and getting to know the campus. This was definitely a great way to kick-off our fall and helped to ease the minds of the students nervous about their first semester. The Record-A-Hit crew was easy to work with and answered all of my questions during the planning process. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing to host a virtual campus tour.
